1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or registering for any activity of Lokmanya Tilak Ganesh Utsav 2026 — including Blood Donation Camp registration, sponsorship enquiries, or donations — you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. About the Organiser

Lokmanya Tilak Ganesh Utsav 2026 is organised by a registered charitable trust (Trust Reg. No. XXXXXXXX) as a 100% free, 100% eco-friendly public celebration in Surat, Gujarat, open to all devotees regardless of community or background.

3. Use of This Website

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when filling out any form on this site (registration, donation, sponsorship, or contact). We reserve the right to reject or cancel a registration if information provided is found to be false or incomplete.

4. Event Participation

• Blood Donation Camp: final donor eligibility is determined on-site by qualified medical staff/our partner blood bank, in line with standard blood donation guidelines, regardless of information submitted at registration.
• Darshan & Aarti timings: published schedules are indicative and may change due to crowd volume, weather, or safety requirements at the organisers' discretion.
• All attendees are expected to follow the instructions of volunteers and security personnel on the ground for the safety of everyone present.

5. Sponsorship & Donations

Sponsorship packages are confirmed only after direct discussion and mutual agreement with the organising committee following an enquiry submitted through this site. Donations made through the Donate page are processed via Razorpay and are subject to our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The Lokmanya Tilak Ganesh Utsav name, logo, and website content are the property of the organising trust and may not be reproduced for commercial use without written permission.

7. Event Changes & Cancellation

While we intend to run the Utsav as scheduled, the organisers reserve the right to modify programme timings, venue arrangements, or specific activities due to circumstances beyond our control (including weather, local authority requirements, or safety concerns), without prior notice where necessary.

8. Limitation of Liability

This is a large public gathering. While reasonable safety measures are taken, the organisers are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage arising from attendance at the event, except where caused by our proven gross negligence.

9. Third-Party Links

This site may link to third-party platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, Google Maps, Razorpay). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those external platforms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
